One leader on the sale and on the remodel
ATR Luxury Homes Group is the real estate side. ATR Concepts designs, renovates and stages the homes. Both sit under the same CEO, so the market view and the building view share one point of view.
Real estate market insight is where every consultation starts: which finishes, which layouts and which renovations raise what a home is worth, and which only add cost. It shapes the advice on trends, materials and layouts before a single selection is made.
Construction expertise is the other half. ATR Concepts manages trusted professionals to carry out the work, from minor upgrades to full-scale remodels, so the design that was agreed is the design that gets built.
On her real estate site, Ana Teresa Rodriguez describes more than 15 years in luxury real estate. That is her brokerage career. ATR Concepts is its own company, ATR CONCEPTS LLC, formed in Florida in 2022.
