Miami · living or resale
Five services, run as one schedule
ATR Concepts takes a Miami home through a walk-through, the selections, the work, the sale and the years after. Each step has its own page, and each one is built to hand off to the next.
Start with the consultation. It begins with which of the two you want, a home to live in or a home to sell, and the rest of the schedule follows from that answer.

The walk-through
Design Consultation
Expert advice on market trends, materials and layouts, so the plan for the house is settled before a single finish is bought. The first conversation decides one thing: is this a home to live in or a home to sell?

The selections
Interior Design Leadership
Finishes, lighting and furnishings chosen together instead of room by room. Casa Exumas pairs Brazilian walnut with Carrara gold marble. Lower PH66 sets Bianco Ondulato floors beside Calacatta counters.

Renovation & Construction Support
Minor upgrades through full-scale remodels, with ATR managing the professionals who carry out the plan. Lower PH66 joined two units into one. Casa Club took a new roof, impact windows and an open-concept kitchen.

Home Staging Services
