What the renovation changed
Casa Exumas is a renovation, reimagined as a modern tropical house on the water. It now has 25-foot ceilings and a statement fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, custom wine storage and a spa-style master suite, with a Crestron smart system running through the house.
The kitchen is the clearest example of the finish schedule. Carrara gold marble sits on the countertops and Brazilian walnut on the cabinetry, one stone and one wood in a single room.
